Books Delivery Terms:

- Books are dispatched within 2-3 working days of enrollment.
- Delivery is done by registered courier or government post, tracking information of which is shared.
- Delivery charges are included in the course fee, no additional charges will be levied. Otherwise, subject to space and weight limits, charges may range from ₹150-₹250.
- On receipt of parcel, please check for any damaged or wrong items and make a video of opening it to protect your rights, which must be reported within 48 hours.
- Returns are accepted only for duplicate or wrong books.
- Correct address is mandatory, re-delivery due to wrong address will incur additional charges.

Live+Recorded: - इस प्रकार के कोर्स मे कुछ कक्षाएं Live होगी व अन्य कक्षाएं Recorded होंगी। जिसकी सूचना पाठ्यक्रम के संदर्भ मे दी जाएगी।  
Recorded: इस प्रकार के कोर्स मे सम्पूर्ण कक्षाएं Recorded होंगी।

Discount: -

Refund/Cancellation Policy: -
In case of course purchased is not being handed over to you within the expiry date from the date of your purchase or if you have paid twice for the same course, you are entitled to a refund. Under no other circumstances, we will entertain any refund request as this is a digital course purchase.

Change of Mobile Number & Course
Once a course is purchased, it cannot be changed or transferred. This is because the book order linked to the course is processed within 24 hours of purchase.

Block/cancelled registration: -
Can be blocked for indecency in support and live classes.
Student's registration may be cancelled for misbehavior and indecency.
