Live Course: - जिसमे सम्पूर्ण कक्षाएं Live (सीधा प्रसारण) रहेगी तत्पश्चात Recorded class मे शामिल हो जाएगी। जिसे पाठ्यक्रम की validity तक देखा जा सकता है।

Recorded Course: - मे सभी कक्षाएं Recorded अर्थात पहले से record की हुई रहेगी।

Live + Recorded: - इस प्रकार के कोर्स मे कुछ कक्षाएं Live होगी व अन्य कक्षाएं Recorded होंगी। जिसकी सूचना पाठ्यक्रम के संदर्भ मे दी जाएगी।   

What is the validity of the online course?

The validity of the online course is 1 year from the date of purchase.

Discount: -

WiNNERS Institute reserves the right to modify, terminate or change the prescribed terms and conditions of any offer/discount or validity dates at any time without prior notice. While the discount may reflect the price, the offer cannot be combined for additional discount.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: -

In case of course purchased is not being handed over to you within the expiry date from the date of your purchase or if you have paid twice for the same course, you are entitled to a refund. Under no other circumstances, we will entertain any refund request as this is a digital course purchase.

The WiNNERS institute assumes that if the payment is made without knowing all the terms and conditions, the institution is not responsible.

Change Mobile Number: -

If you have purchased two courses on the same number, you can apply for change of number within 48 hours of purchasing the course. Request for change of number will not be accepted after 48 hours of purchase.

If you have purchased the course then request to change the number or transfer the course to any other number will be rejected.

Block/ canceled registration: -

Can be blocked for indecency in support and live classes.

Student's registration may be canceled for misbehavior and indecency.
