(A)          My Profile: - मे आपके द्वारा Registered की गई जानकारी जैसे Name, Phone Number Etc.   

(B)          App Tutorial: - Click करने पर Video प्रदर्शित होगा जिससे आप Application के बारे में जान सकते है।

(C)          Choose Category: - Click करने पर आप जिस भी परीक्षा की तैयारी करना चाहते है उससे संबंधित Course दर्शाये जाएंगे।

(D)          Purchase History: - Click करने पर आपने जो Course Purchase किया है या करेंगे, उसका विवरण होगा जैसे की Invoice, खरीदे गए कोर्स की संख्या।

(E)          Invite Friends: - Click करने पर आपको कई सारे विकल्प प्रदर्शित करते है किसी भी विकल्प को चुन कर Winners Application की Link Share कर सकते है।

 (F)        Help and Feedback: - Winners Institute से संबंधित Help and Feedback के लिए Call एवं Mail कर सकते है।

(G)      Terms & Condition:- नियमो एवं शर्तो का वर्णन किया गया है जिसे पढ़ना अनिवार्य है।

(H)    Privacy policy:- संस्था द्वारा दी गयी सेवाओं के सम्बन्ध में गोपनीयता नीति का उल्लेख किया गया है।

(L)    Follow Us On: - के नीचे Icons दिखाई देंगे जिसमे Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram, Twitter और Winners Institute Web Page Etc. जिसमे आप हमे फॉलो कर Winners मे होने वाली Activity’s मे भाग ले सकते है।

 

Right Hand Side में Top पर आपको एक Bell Icon Show करता है। जिस पर Click करके (कोई कक्षा स्थगित, समय परिवर्तित होता है या Live Class Schedule) की Notification देख सकते है।

(1) Paid Courses: - Click करने पर आपको काफी सारे Courses प्रदर्शित होते है आप जिस भी Exam की तैयारी कर रहे या करना चाहते है और Course Purchase करना है उस पर Click करने पर View Demo, Batch Details, Buy Now, Option Show करते है

1. View Demo: - पर Click करने पर Course मे आने वाले सभी विषय और अध्याय दिखाई देंगे।
2. Batch Details: - मे Course से संबंधित जानकारी जैसे मिलने वाली सुविधाएं, पाठ्यक्रम की वैधता और शुल्क का विवरण होगा।
3. Buy Now: - Click करते हि आपके सामने Payment के Options Open हो जाते है आप जिस भी Mode से Payment करना चाहते है Select करके भुगतान कर सकते है। Payment करने के बाद Course Within 24 Hours मे My Course के Option पर Show करता है।

(2)          Test Series: - Click करने पर आपको काफी सारी Test Series Show होती है Click करने पर आपको Buy Now का Option Show होगा, Buy Now पर Click करते ही आपके सामने Payment के Options Open हो जाते है आप जिस भी Mode से Payment करना चाहते है तो उसे Select करके खरीद कर सकते है।

इसमें कुछ Free Test Series भी रहती है जिसे आप उस Test Series पर Start Reading, Click कर test दे सकते है।   

(3) Free weekly test:- प्रति रविवार निःशुल्क लाइव टेस्ट होते है जिसमे सभी भाग ले सकते है।

(4)          Free Courses: - Click करने पर आपको कुछ बेसिक कोर्स फ्री मे दिए जाते है जिससे आप यह सुनिश्चित कर सकते है की paid कोर्स मे कैसे पढ़ाया जाएगा।             

(5)          Previous Paper: - जब आप Previous Paper पर Click करने पर आपको काफी सारी Exams के Previous Paper Show करते है जिनपर Click करके आप उन्‍हे Year Wise Check कर सकते है।

(6)          Current Affairs: - Click करने पर आपको Daily होने वाली Current Affairs Classes Video, PDF और हर महीने E-Magazine मुफ़्त दी जाती है।  

(7)          Quiz: - यह विकल्प आपके लिए बहुत मजेदार होगा जिसमे आप कुछ सवालों से माध्यम से अपनी प्रतिभा को जान पाएंगे। और नई जिज्ञासा उत्पन्न करेगा।

 

(8)    Syllabus: - इस विकल्प मे PDF होगी जिसमे आने वाली प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओ मे क्या पाठ्यक्रम होगा किस विषय से कितने अंक के प्रश्न पूछे जाएंगे क्या नियम एवं शर्ते होगी जैसी सामान्य जिज्ञासाओ की पूर्ति होगी।

(2)          My Course पर Click कर जो Course Purchase किया है वो ही आप देख सकते है। 

(3)          Live Class के Option पर Click करके आप Live Class Attend कर सकते है। 

(4)          Download के Option पर Click करके आपने जो Videos/PDF Download किए है वह देख सकते है।

Live Course: - जिसमे सम्पूर्ण कक्षाएं Live (सीधा प्रसारण) रहेगी तत्पश्चात Recorded class मे शामिल हो जाएगी। जिसे पाठ्यक्रम की validity तक देखा जा सकता है।

 

Recorded Course: - मे सभी कक्षाएं Recorded अर्थात पहले से record की हुई रहेगी।

 

Live + Recorded: - इस प्रकार के कोर्स मे कुछ कक्षाएं Live होगी व अन्य कक्षाएं Recorded होंगी। जिसकी सूचना पाठ्यक्रम के संदर्भ मे दी जाएगी।   

What is the validity of the online course?

The validity of the online course is 1 year from the date of purchase.

 

Discount: -

WiNNERS Institute reserves the right to modify, terminate or change the prescribed terms and conditions of any offer/discount or validity dates at any time without prior notice. While the discount may reflect the price, the offer cannot be combined for additional discount.

 

 

Refund/Cancellation Policy: -

In case of course purchased is not being handed over to you within the expiry date from the date of your purchase or if you have paid twice for the same course, you are entitled to a refund. Under no other circumstances, we will entertain any refund request as this is a digital course purchase.

The WiNNERS institute assumes that if the payment is made without knowing all the terms and conditions, the institution is not responsible.

 

Change Mobile Number: -

If you have purchased two courses on the same number, you can apply for change of number within 48 hours of purchasing the course. Request for change of number will not be accepted after 48 hours of purchase.

If you have purchased the course then request to change the number or transfer the course to any other number will be rejected.

Block/ canceled registration: -

Can be blocked for indecency in support and live classes.

Student's registration may be canceled for misbehavior and indecency.
