⚖️ Terms & Conditions for Online Course Purchase  

(Please read carefully before enrolling in any course)

1. Course Types

• Live Course: सभी कक्षाएँ Live होंगी और बाद में Recorded रूप में उपलब्ध रहेंगी, जिन्हें Validity तक देखा जा सकता है।
• Live + Recorded: कुछ कक्षाएँ Live होंगी और बाकी Recorded, जिसकी सूचना पहले दी जाएगी।
• Recorded Course: सभी कक्षाएँ Recorded रूप में उपलब्ध होंगी।

2. Enrollment & Registration

• Students must provide accurate personal details (Name, Email, Mobile Number) during registration.
• Any false or misleading information may result in cancellation of enrollment.

3. Payment Policy

• Course fees once paid are non‑refundable under any circumstances.
• Payments must be made only through authorized channels (UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card) or the official account number provided by the support team.

4. Access Rights

• Course access is strictly limited to the registered student.
• Sharing login credentials or unauthorized distribution of content will lead to immediate termination of access.

5. Course Validity

• The course will remain accessible only for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
• After expiry, access will be automatically revoked without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

• All course materials (Videos, PDFs, Notes, Tests) are protected under copyright law.
• Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of the content is strictly prohibited.

7. Technical Responsibility

• The institution will provide support for platform‑related issues.
• Internet connectivity or device‑related problems are the sole responsibility of the student.

8. Modification Clause

• WiNNERS Institute reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change course content, fee structure, validity dates, or offers/discounts at any time without prior notice.
• Discounts cannot be combined for additional benefits.
• After purchasing the course, students may request a change or transfer by emailing support@winnersinstitute.in within 48 hours. Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
• Any remaining balance cannot be adjusted or refunded, as the purchase is made with the student’s consent.

9. Refund/Cancellation Policy

• Refunds will only be granted if:
  • The course is not delivered within the validity period, or
  • The student has accidentally paid twice for the same course.
• No other refund requests will be entertained, as this is a digital course purchase.
• The institute assumes no responsibility if payment is made without reading the terms and conditions.

10. Block/Cancelled Registration

• Registration may be blocked or cancelled for indecent behavior in support interactions or live classes.
• Misbehavior or violation of conduct rules will result in termination of enrollment.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

• Any dispute arising from course purchase or usage shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
